A Skillset Level 1 Bungee Class is a beginner-level class designed to introduce participants to bungee fitness fundamentals. This class is required before advancing to higher-level bungee classes.

What to Expect in a Skillset Level 1 Bungee Class:

  • Introduction to Equipment – Learn how the bungee system works and how to wear the harness properly.

  • Basic Movements – Jumping, lunges, squats, and controlled resistance exercises light basic flights and burpees.

  • Balance & Coordination – Build stability while suspended in the bungee system.

  • Safety Techniques – Understand proper landings, movement control, and injury prevention.

  • Light Choreography – Practice simple routines to transition between movements smoothly.

All participants must complete it before enrolling in more advanced bungee classes.

A Skillset Level 2 Bungee Class is a beginner-level class that builds on the foundational skills learned in Skillset Level 1. This class introduces more dynamic movements, increased resistance challenges, and longer choreographed sequences.

Participants must complete Skillset Level 1 before enrolling in this class.

What to Expect in a Skillset Level 2 Bungee Class:

  • Advanced Movements – Incorporates a few more new moves, faster transitions, and multi-directional movements.

  • Increased Resistance Training – More controlled strength-based exercises using the bungee system.

  • Balance & Core Strength – Emphasis on core stability and endurance.

  • Complex Choreography – Learn and perform longer, more fluid movement sequences.

  • Endurance & Conditioning – Workouts are more intense, requiring greater stamina.

This class is ideal for those comfortable with the basics and ready to elevate their bungee skills!

A HIIT Bungee Class (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a fast-paced, calorie-burning workout that combines the resistance and rebound of bungee fitness with the intensity of interval training. This class is designed for participants who have completed Skillset Level 1 and Level 2, as it requires a solid understanding of bungee movement, safety, and control.

Must complete Skillset Level 1 & 2 Bungee Classes before attending.

What to Expect in a HIIT Bungee Class:

  • Interval-Based Format – Alternating bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises with short recovery periods.

  • Power Moves – Jump squats, push-offs, planks, burpees, and sprints using bungee resistance.

A Slow Bungee Class is a low-impact, controlled bungee workout that emphasizes mindful movement, strength, stability, and flexibility. It’s perfect for participants who have completed Skillset Level 1 and 2, and are looking for a slower-paced, more focused bungee experience—

What to Expect in a Slow Bungee Class:

  • Intentional, Slower Movements – Emphasis on control, body awareness, and proper alignment.

  • Strength-Focused Exercises – Deeper squats, slow push-offs, resistance holds, and balance work.

  • Core Stability & Mobility – Movements that strengthen the core while improving joint flexibility.

  • Stretch & Flow Elements – Some classes may include gentle flow or yoga-inspired sequences with bungee support.

  • Low-Impact – Ideal for recovery days, injury prevention, or those wanting a gentler class that still activates the entire body.
