Kayla
I’m Kayla, the owner of Ridiculous Bungee Fitness, also known as The RBF Studio. In November 2024, I became officially trained and certified by Sling Bungee Fitness. Opening this studio has been a dream come true!
Over the past two years, I’ve fallen in love with fitness—not just for the endorphins it releases but for how it transforms both the body and mind. Being in the gym has been a personal journey of self-discovery and mental well-being, and I’ve seen firsthand how it can uplift and empower.
One day, while scrolling through endless reels of people bouncing, flying, and laughing their way through bungee fitness workouts, I thought: Why not bring this unique, fun, and exciting way to exercise to Laramie, Wyoming? After months of research and planning—8 months, to be exact—I decided to take the leap (literally!) and get certified.
My goal is simple: to help our community thrive both physically and mentally through the bungee experience. When you walk into my studio, you might come in with an RBF (you know the one), but you won’t leave with it! After feeling absolutely ridiculous, working up a sweat, and laughing harder than you thought possible, you’ll leave with a big smile, a positive attitude, and a whole bunch of calories burned.

I’m Trinity, one of the instructors here at The RBF Studio! My bungee journey began in February when I took my very first class—which also happened to be the studio’s very first class ever. From the second I left the ground, I was completely hooked.
I never expected a fitness class to change so much for me, but bungee did exactly that. It’s more than just a killer workout—it’s a mental reset, a mood booster, and a reminder that movement can actually be fun. I started showing up for the sweat, but I kept coming back for the confidence, the community, and the way it made me feel stronger inside and out.
Over time, I found myself wanting to be more involved—not just as a participant, but as someone who helps others find that same spark. Now, as an instructor, my favorite part is watching people surprise themselves: the first jump, the first laugh mid-routine, that moment when the nerves turn into pure joy.
From the moment you get harnessed in, I want you to feel welcomed, supported, and ready to let go. Even if you start the class feeling a little unsure, I promise you’ll bounce out with a smile, a sweat, and a whole lot of pride.
